I waited 5 years for my premium ticket, yes it's a long wait but well worth it. Just hang in there...

Some people like myself, I'm guessing cant fish as much as they would like too. For example I got my ticket in July 2015 and fished it quite a lot for around two months. Since then the company that I was a partner of, the other director decided to vote me off the board and terminate my employment (long story so wont go there). But since the end of august I have set-up a new company and hit the ground running and have not stopped working for the last two and half months!!! I would love to be on the banks of Olver's & Pride but my current situation does not allow....Sorry I have waited 5 years for my ticket, I will not be giving it up as I cant wait for the free time to wet a line in them superb waters!!

Regards
Alan

Just herd the I've not made it onto the premium waters again this year. I'm on my third season and told that I'm number 96 on the list. Looks like I won't be getting on for at least another two seasons then. Absolutely gutted is an understatement.
As previously explained, I only go fishing mid week so it's heartbreaking to drive to redhouse, past pride and olvers to see them virtually empty every time. I just cannot see how there are that many members on the premium ticket fishing the lakes.

Its around 5 years wait to get on the premium waters, at least 4 if your lucky!

Grimshaws is a runs water yes, does not mean its easy by any means...I have known anglers blank on there :-), they are pressured fish so you still have to work for them and think about your approach...specially if you want to catch some of the bigger fish.

We have all been in the same situation Billy-bass, I'm afraid you just have to wait like the rest of us have too. Redhouse is a cracking water with some great fish :-)

I understand how it seems driving past olvers and pride and not being busy, but that's the idea of having limited numbers. There are times when peg choice is limited. I'm sure if you watched both waters 24/7-365 you will see many anglers come and go...and a good chunk of the members do short sessions, days and evenings.
