iv read on here somwhere that there is only around 60 carp in redhouse is this true ?
is there a reaosn why no more carp are being added to the water , i think its a great lake to fish i no there are more blanks then maybe fish comig out but its a challenge .

Mainly due to it being a shared water, would need approval and commitment from both clubs.

Also being a flood risk and merging with the Trent if a lot of rain fell in a short time, it could be an expensive restocking of the river system more than the lake itself. 60 fish in 25 acres or so is a good stocking ratio IMHO as gives the whole stock plenty of natural resources to feed upon as well as anglers bait. It could also then look like a McDonalds drive thru for Mr & Mrs Otter.....
Hopefully not have to spend another 5 years on a remote island.....
